MARY COLLECTION

GUSTAVE & cie pays tribute for the first time to an illustrious Frenchwoman, Marie Curie, a physicist and chemist who worked on radioactivity. At only 36 years old, she is the first woman to win a Nobel Prize and the only one to receive two.

Today recognized throughout the world as the most brilliant scientist of her time, Marie Curie also leaves an inestimable moral legacy. She will then become a model for many young girls who dream of great exploits.

A NEW VISION OF TIME

A NEW VISION OF TIME

Simplicity is favored: minutes and seconds disappear to leave room for only a single hand. With each line of the dial indicating 10 minutes, the watch expresses itself through its sobriety rather than its precision.

The date display on the right of the dial quickly indicates the day and date. Stylized in the format of the periodic table of elements, it once again recalls the universe and the discoveries of Marie Curie.

Designed and assembled in France

The design of the dials, the choice of materials, colors and mechanism are made in Paris.

The cases are entirely assembled in France, in Besançon.
The mechanism is Swiss or Japanese depending on the model and always selected for its quality.
As for the final assembly and quality control of the case/band, it is carried out by the GUSTAVE & cie team.
