Our official GUSTAVE & cie store is located at 2 rue Bénard Paris 14e. Discover all our watch collections in our shop from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 a.m. to 18:30 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m.

If you want to buy a product from one of our resellers, we advise you to contact them beforehand to find out if they have the product you want.

We recommend that you check the condition of your order and to contact our customer service within 14 days to file a complaint if you have received a damaged or missing product.
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return the item to us if it does not suit you. Please specify in the package the reason for your return, your contact details and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Return address: 2 rue bénard, 75014 Paris. Once the package has been received, we will verify that the item is in its original condition and will exchange or refund the item in question.
If you encounter a malfunction with your watch, please contact our customer service first to determine if the watch requires a return or if it is simply a problem with the adjustment or a battery change. If it is indeed a problem requiring a return, we will indicate to you the modalities on a case-by-case basis in order to return the defective item to us.
PRICE AND DELIVERY
Once the preparation of your order is complete, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of it with your tracking number. In your “My Account” area, you can also find the tracking link.

We offer delivery in France with no minimum purchase, for Europe it is €4,90, and €9,90 in the rest of the world. Delivery in France is 48 to 72 hours for any type of product, even for “tailor-made” watches, and for foreign countries it varies according to the delivery address from one to two weeks.

USE OF PRODUCTS
Pull the crown out until you feel a second click. Then turn the crown to set the time. Remember to push the crown back in properly, otherwise water could seep into the case.
Your 24-hour watch requires finer adjustment than that of conventional watches. We advise you to follow the instructions below to set the time and date.
TIME SETTING:
1 – Pull the crown completely out to the second click.
2 – Turn the crown down (counterclockwise) to set the time. Attention, it is important that the needle always turns clockwise.
3 – Once the time has been set, push the crown back to the initial position.
If by mistake you have turned the hand anti-clockwise, turn it again for a full turn of the dial in the correct direction (clockwise) and stop at the good time. DATE SETTING:
1 – Pull the crown out to position 1, ie to the first click.
2 – Turn the crown upwards (clockwise), stop at the correct date and push the crown back into its initial position.
Note: it is necessary to adjust the date for months of 28 or 30 days in order to manually change it to the 1st.
Be careful, when setting the date, if you turn the crown in the wrong direction, you can disrupt the watch. If you adjust it, the date will no longer change at midnight sharp. It will therefore be necessary to adjust it again by following these instructions:
1 – Pull the crown completely to the second click.
2 – Turn the crown downwards (anti-clockwise) until the date changes.
3 – When the date has changed, push the crown back one notch to position it on the first click.
4 – Turn the crown downwards (counterclockwise) until the hand is positioned on midnight, then push the crown back in.
5 – Then set the date and time, respecting the previous instructions.
MY PRODUCT
For GUSTAVE et cie, there is no "ideal" watch size. Nevertheless, if your wrist measures less than 15cm, it is strongly recommended to go for a 36mm case. Conversely, if your wrist measures more than 18cm, we recommend a 40mm case.
All our Quartz watches are 5 ATM waterproof, which means that they are resistant to hand washing and daily use, but above all no deep and long immersion.
Our Jules automatic watch has a 200 meter waterproof stainless steel case suitable for swimming as well as scuba diving.
Our batteries have an average life of approximately 2 years. You can have the battery changed at any jeweller/watchmaker.
All our watches are guaranteed for 2 years.
The warranty only applies when a part is defective or a manufacturing defect is found. It cannot take effect if, during dismantling, the watch shows obvious signs of a fall or shock, of unsuitable immersion or of silting, likewise in the event of misuse, manipulation of the internal mechanisms, etc. Wristbands are not covered by the warranty.
A quartz watch runs on a battery. A thin strip of quartz oscillates at a stable frequency under the electrical impulse of the battery and brings the watch to life.
